Docsiv matches the document to an editor suited to the work:

  • Text documents use a structured rich-text editor and export to PDF, DOCX, HTML, and Markdown.
  • Visual and interactive documents use a designed layout and can export decks to editable PPTX, PDF, and PNG.
  • Data documents use a spreadsheet editor and export to Excel and CSV.
  • Invoices use a line-item builder and export to PDF.
  • Whiteboards use a free-form canvas editor and export to PNG, SVG, and PDF.
  • Embeds and site reviews keep live external content and feedback in the client workflow.

Exports use the applicable brand context. Pro and Agency remove Docsiv branding from exports.
