Embed external work and review websites

Bring Figma files, videos, or any URL into Docsiv, and pin feedback on live sites.

Not everything you deliver starts as a document. Embeds and site reviews bring outside work into the same client workflow.

Embed a Figma file, video, or URL

  1. Open Documents and select New document.
  2. Choose the Embed type.
  3. Paste the URL of the work you want to bring in — a Figma file, a Loom video, a live site, or another supported embeddable link.
  4. Share it like any other document so the client reviews it in your branded context instead of a raw link.

Review a website with pinned feedback

  1. Select New document and choose the Site Review type.
  2. Enter the website address you want to review.
  3. Docsiv captures the site so you and the client can pin comments directly on the page.
  4. Share the review with the client and work through the feedback together.

Both types appear in Documents and can be shared in the client workflow. Engagement analytics are available when the document is shared through a supported live link.
