A generalist obsessed with marketing and distribution. Strong on social and motion graphics, and genuinely loves talking to real people and clients.

I'm looking for a generalist who's a little bit into everything, like me, but who lives and breathes the marketing and distribution side of Docsiv.

You're the person who can't help thinking about how things spread. You're obsessed with how a product finds its people, and you have the range to actually make the things that get it there.

What you'd do

  • Own how Docsiv shows up in the world: social, content, launches, the whole story.
  • Make things that move. Short-form video, motion graphics, demos, and posts people actually stop on.
  • Get close to real people. Talk to agencies and clients, learn what they care about, and turn that into stories.
  • Experiment constantly. Try channels, angles, and formats. Keep what works, drop what doesn't.

You might be a fit if

  • You're genuinely obsessed with marketing and distribution, not just "interested."
  • You're good on social and can make motion graphics or short-form video yourself.
  • You like talking to real people and clients, not hiding behind a dashboard.
  • You're a generalist: you can design a little, write a little, edit a little, and ship.

Compensation

I'll be honest: we're a new company, so there's no fixed salary yet. Comp is negotiable and equity-based. I'd rather find the right person and build a fair deal together than post a number I don't mean. Full-time or part-time to start, and we'll figure out the rest from there.
