Create presentations with AI

Describe what you’re presenting and get designed slides, then present them or export to PowerPoint or PDF.

How to make a presentation with AI.

Four steps from an idea to slides you can present, all with a free account.

  1. Step 1

    Describe your presentation

Say what it’s about, who it’s for and how long you’ll have, or attach your notes.

  2. Step 2

    Get your first draft

The AI writes the slides into a designed deck. Prefer to start yourself? Pick a template instead.

  3. Step 3

    Edit slide by slide

Change anything yourself, or ask the AI: “turn these bullets into a chart”, “shorter titles throughout”.

  4. Step 4

    Present or export

Present full screen from the browser, or download a .pptx for PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, or a PDF.

Everything around the slides.

Bring in what you already have, keep it on brand, and work on it together.

  • Start from a document

Attach a PDF, a Word file or your notes, and Docsiv AI builds the deck from what’s in it. Needs a free account.

  • Your brand on every slide

Change colours, fonts and photos to match your company. Signed in, your brand kit’s colours sit in every colour picker.

  • Share a link, not a file

One link that always opens the latest version. Choose who can view, comment or edit. Needs a free account.

  • Comments and live editing

Your team and clients comment on the slide itself, and you see who else is in the deck as they edit.

A presentation people can follow.

Whatever the subject, the same shape keeps a room with you: the headline, the plan, the short version, the evidence and where it leads. Shown on the Business Proposal template.

  1. Lead with the one or two numbers or ideas you want the room to remember.

  2. An agenda up front tells people where you’re going and how long it will take.

  3. A summary before the detail, so every slide after it fills in a story they already know.

  4. Make each point with a fact, a chart or a picture rather than more bullets.

  5. Finish with the goals or next steps you want agreed, and leave them on screen.

Open with the headline

Lead with the one or two numbers or ideas you want the room to remember.

Show the plan

An agenda up front tells people where you’re going and how long it will take.

Give the short version first

A summary before the detail, so every slide after it fills in a story they already know.

Back it with evidence

Make each point with a fact, a chart or a picture rather than more bullets.

Close on where it leads

Finish with the goals or next steps you want agreed, and leave them on screen.

Common questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us in the chat, bottom right of the page.

Is the AI presentation maker free?

Yes, with a free account: the slide editor, presenting and exports are free, and the account includes AI credits.

Can I export to PowerPoint?

Yes. Export to .pptx for PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, or to PDF.

Can I present from the browser?

Yes. Present opens the deck full screen in the browser.

Can the AI use my brand?

Tell it your colours and fonts, or start from a deck already in your style, and it follows them. With an account you can keep brand kits in Docsiv.

How do I get a good first draft from the AI?

Tell it who the audience is, what you want them to do afterwards and how long you’ll have, and attach the notes or report the deck is based on. Ask for an outline first if the subject is new. Then work slide by slide: “make this slide one idea”, “turn these bullets into a chart”. Check any facts and figures it writes before you present.

Do I own what the AI makes?

The deck is yours to use. Check AI-written facts and figures before you present them.
