How SpeedIQ drafts its sales decks in minutes.

SpeedIQ gave Docsiv AI a web address, a sales brief and a client’s website, and had three first drafts within two days. Then the team kept the decks current through a pricing change and a new look.

A lot to explain, and nothing to overclaim.

SpeedIQ puts WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website chat, email, SMS and calls into one inbox, with a CRM and an AI agent built in. That’s a lot of product for one first meeting.

  • A deck that explains every part: the inbox, the AI agent, the CRM, forms, booking, automations and reports.
  • Decks made for single prospects, in their colours and with facts from their own business.
  • Prices that could change without rebuilding every deck.
  • Nothing on a slide the product can’t do yet.

How it came together, step by step.

Three decks between 16 September and 9 October, and every request the team made along the way.

A web address and one line

The first request was SpeedIQ’s address and “research this and create a sales deck”. Docsiv AI asked who the deck was for, what it should achieve and who would present it, took one note (lead with SpeedIQ blue), then read the home page and four feature pages. Its plan came back with a note: no customer logos or case studies had been supplied, so the deck would stick to what the product does. Twelve slides arrived 3½ minutes later.

A checked brief, turned into slides

That afternoon the team wrote a full sales brief with Claude, working from SpeedIQ’s own code and live plan data, so every claim matched what the product really does. Pasted into Docsiv AI as it was, the 16-slide brief became a 16-slide deck in about three minutes, in the brief’s order and in its words.

    A deck for one client

For a demo with a large car-service chain in the Gulf, the team gave Docsiv AI the client’s website, their logo, the main deck to work from and a 7,600-character outline. Fifteen slides came back in 2½ minutes, in the client’s colours and built on facts from their own website, such as their published opening hours: their workshops were closed 69 of the 168 hours in a week.

A slide from the client deck: “Your packages are sold by mileage. So are your reminders.”

Pricing changed, the decks kept up

When SpeedIQ moved its billing to US dollars, every price on the slides became an XXXX placeholder until the new figures were approved, and slides on what each plan includes went in beside them. The overview grew from 12 slides to 16, edited in place rather than started again.

Out to the sales team, then a new look

Both decks were exported as PowerPoint and PDF files for the sales team. Then “create the new modern deck” rebuilt the 16-slide overview in a new style in about five minutes, from the same facts and placeholders, and the client deck was rebuilt from its PDF in 4½ minutes.

The closing slide of the overview deck: “Start with the workflow you have today”.

What made it work.

Four habits worth borrowing for your own sales decks.

  • Start from sources, not a blank prompt

A web address, a written brief, an earlier deck, a logo. Docsiv AI reads what you give it and builds the slides from that.

  • Nothing it wasn’t given

With no customer logos, quotes or results to use, the plan said so and the deck stayed with what the product does. Prices waited as placeholders until they were approved.

  • Edit, don’t rebuild

Prices, slides and the whole style changed through October without starting over. Every change is a saved version you can go back to.

  • The formats the call needs

PowerPoint and PDF files for the sales team, from the same deck the team keeps editing in Decks.
