Build a client brand kit

A brand kit gives Studio and client delivery a reliable visual and editorial starting point.

Add the brand information

1. Open Settings and select Brand and identity, or open the brand settings for a specific client when you are working client-by-client.
2. Add the logo files, colors, typography, and voice guidance you want Docsiv to remember.
3. Add reference samples or supporting media when they help define the client’s look and tone.
4. Review the preview and save the kit.

Brand kits are scoped to the client context. When you create a Studio draft for that client, the kit can guide the visual direction and voice without forcing every client into the same brand.

A brand kit controls how work is grounded; it is not automatically exposed as a client-facing document.
