Manage your plan and billing

Review your current limits and manage plan, payment, and subscription settings.

Review the current plan, usage, and billing controls from workspace settings.

Open billing settings

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Review the plan, document and AI credit allowances, storage, seats, and signing limits shown for your workspace.
  4. Choose monthly or yearly billing when changing a paid plan.
  5. Use Manage billing for payment details, invoices, or subscription changes.

Plan limits can change as Docsiv evolves, so use the limits shown in Billing as the source of truth for your workspace. If you need more room for clients, team members, AI credits, storage, or signing, use the upgrade control or contact the Docsiv team.
