Find your way around Docsiv

Home, the sidebar, Create, search and Settings: where everything lives.

Docsiv is one workspace with a sidebar on the left and your work in the middle.

Home

Home is where you start. Type what you need into the Docsiv AI box, start from one of the templates under it, or reopen something from your recent files. Your conversations with Docsiv AI open here too.

The sidebar

  • Create opens the Create window: start a blank file in any app, open a file from your computer, upload to Drive, start a project or begin from one of your templates.
  • Home, Drive, Apps, Projects and Templates are the main pages.
  • More holds Team, Signatures and Analytics.
  • Chats and Files switch the list under the pages between your recent Docsiv AI conversations and your recent files.
  • Your name at the bottom opens the account menu: your AI credits, your workspaces, Settings, Activity, Help & support, Send feedback, the theme and Sign out.

Collapse the sidebar to icons with Ctrl/⌘ + B.

Search everything

Select Search at the top of the sidebar, or press ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows). Search finds files, chats, templates, apps and settings, and runs actions such as New chat or Invite people.

Notifications

The bell next to Search opens Notifications: comments and mentions, files shared with you, signatures, and alerts about credits and storage.

Settings

Open Settings from the account menu. It has these tabs:

  • General: theme and sidebar.
  • Account: your profile, your AI credits and your referral link.
  • AI usage: every Docsiv AI request and the credits it used.
  • Workspace: name, logo, members and the Made with Docsiv badge.
  • Domains: your own web address and sending domain.
  • Plan & billing: your plan, credits, invoices and payment.
