Create and set up your Docsiv workspace

Start with a workspace for the client work you want to manage in Docsiv.

Set up a workspace

1. Create an account or sign in to Docsiv.
2. Complete the onboarding questions about your role and the kind of work you ship.
3. Create or select a workspace when Docsiv asks where to keep your work.
4. Open the workspace and add your first client, project, or document.

How Docsiv is organized

• Workspace: the operating space for your team and client work.
• Client: the context that keeps a client’s documents, media, projects, and brand information together.
• Project: an engagement or delivery stream with stages, tasks, documents, and media.
• Document: a deliverable you can edit, share, export, or send for signature.

If you need to switch or create a workspace later, open the workspace switcher or visit /workspaces.
