Moving from Qwilr, one job at a time.

There’s no importer, and you don’t need one: start with the next piece of work rather than the archive.

  1. 1Bring what you have

Download your Qwilr documents as PDF or Word and open them in the PDFs or Documents app, or attach one to Docsiv AI and ask for a new version built from it.

  2. 2Set your brand once

Add your logo, colours and fonts as a brand kit. Templates and AI drafts pick them up, so the first document already looks like yours.

  3. 3Run both for a while

Keep Qwilr for quotes clients pay from while decks, reports and forms move across.

Docsiv and Qwilr: common questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us in the chat, bottom right of the page.

Can Docsiv proposals be shared as a web page like Qwilr?

Yes. Share a proposal by link, or publish it to the web as a page, on your own domain on Pro and Team. It’s a designed document rather than an interactive quote, and it exports to PDF page for page.

Can clients pay from a Docsiv proposal?

Not inside Docsiv. Send a deposit invoice from the Invoices app with your own Stripe or PayPal payment link.

Is Docsiv cheaper than Qwilr?

Docsiv Pro is $20 a month and Team is $60 a month for up to five people, without per-document charges. Qwilr Starter is $35 a user a month billed yearly and includes payments and CRM integrations that Docsiv doesn’t have.
