Moving from Proposify, one job at a time.

There’s no importer, and you don’t need one: start with the next piece of work rather than the archive.

  1. 1Bring what you have

Download your Proposify documents as PDF or Word and open them in the PDFs or Documents app, or attach one to Docsiv AI and ask for a new version built from it.

  2. 2Set your brand once

Add your logo, colours and fonts as a brand kit. Templates and AI drafts pick them up, so the first document already looks like yours.

  3. 3Run both for a while

Keep Proposify for proposals that need approvals while the rest of the client work moves across.

Docsiv and Proposify: common questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us in the chat, bottom right of the page.

Is Docsiv cheaper than Proposify?

For a small team, usually. Docsiv Team is $60 a month for up to five members; Proposify’s Build plan is $35 a user a month billed yearly, and Grow starts at $325 a month. Proposify includes unlimited e-signatures and approval workflows, so compare the features you need, not only the price.

Does Docsiv have a content library like Proposify?

Not as a library of reusable sections. Start from a template or a copy of an earlier proposal, or attach your past work to Docsiv AI when it drafts.

Can I see when a client opens my proposal?

On Pro and Team, yes: Analytics shows each shared proposal’s views, visitors, time spent and how far they read. It doesn’t show time per section the way Proposify does.

Can clients choose options in the quote?

No. In Docsiv, fees are a table on the page. If clients need to tick optional items or change quantities, Proposify does that.
