Understand and manage AI credits

See what consumes AI credits, track usage, and top up when you run low.

AI credits power Studio drafts, AI edits, and AI-assisted imports. Your balance is always visible in the dashboard navbar as remaining / total AI credits.

Track what you are using

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select the Usage tab.
  3. Review the AI usage log to see which features and documents consumed credits.

When you run low

  • Monthly plan credits refresh with your plan’s billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
  • Add an AI credit pack from billing when you need more room inside the current cycle.
  • Upgrade the plan from Settings → Billing when your team is consistently using more than the allowance.

Drafting with more context (long briefs, several attachments, full-document rewrites) uses more credits than small inline edits, so prefer targeted edits when you are polishing an almost-finished document.
