When to use it.

Statement of Work is a 12-page agreement for a project run under an existing master services agreement, written here for a website redesign. It covers scope in and out, ten deliverables with acceptance criteria, a drawn milestone timeline, a RACI matrix, assumptions and dependencies, fees by milestone and change control. Every value you need to change is highlighted, and the dates and fees agree on every page. The sign-off page carries e-signature blocks for both parties, so you can send it for signing straight from Docsiv.
