When to use it.

Customer Feedback Survey asks up to 12 questions, built around a 0–10 Net Promoter Score that decides what comes next. Customers who score 0–6 are asked what went wrong, 7–8 what would have made it a 10, and 9–10 what they loved, along with permission to quote them. Everyone then rates quality, communication and value, picks the services they used and suggests one improvement, in about two minutes.
