When to use it.

Expense Report is a spreadsheet for claiming a month of work expenses at an agency or studio. The header records who's claiming, their team, manager, cost centre and the period. Each receipt gets a row with its category, merchant, client, billable flag and whether the receipt is attached, and mileage is worked out as trips × miles × your rate. It totals everything by category and by client, splits billable from non-billable, takes off any advance and shows the amount to reimburse, ready for sign-off.
