When to use it.

Timesheet is a spreadsheet for freelancers and studios who bill by the hour. Log each piece of work with its client, project, task and hours, mark it billable or not, and it's priced at that client's rate. Tiles show the hours logged, the billable share and the amount to invoice, and a By client sheet totals everything ready for invoicing.
