When to use it.

Credit Note is a credit note template for agencies, studios and freelancers who need to cancel part of an invoice properly. Set on a precise Swiss grid, it gives the credit note its own number and date, names the invoice it credits and why, and lists the credited lines at the quantities and rates first invoiced. VAT is reversed at 20%, and the foot of the page shows the original invoice before and after the credit, beside the refund details. A note on adjusting VAT and a signature line make it ready to send.
