What’s inside the Project Invoice.
Real content in every part, ready to rewrite with your own.
- 1Header: the studio mark and a red INVOICE, then studio address, contact, VAT number and project
- 2Meta strip: amount due in red, due date, invoice number and issue date

- 4Numbered line items: five project phases billed in full and a font-licence disbursement outside VAT
- 5Credits: milestones 1 and 2 deducted at net value, so only the balance is due

- 8Payment info: bank transfer details beside a QR code that opens the online payment page
When to use it.
Project Invoice is a final milestone invoice for agencies and studios that bill big projects in stages, set on a precise Swiss grid. It lists every phase of the work in full on numbered lines, then credits the deposit and interim milestones already invoiced, so the client sees the whole project and pays only the balance. VAT is worked out on the taxable balance only, so pass-through costs such as licences can sit outside it. The amount in words, an Accepted by line, a signed seal, bank details and a QR code that opens your payment page make it ready to send.

Make it yours in four steps.
Open it in Invoices and work through it, or let Docsiv AI do the first pass with your details.
- Step 1
Add your logo, brand colour and studio details, then fill in the client's address, contact and purchase order number.
- Step 2
List each project phase with its quantity and rate, and mark any pass-through costs, such as licences, as non-taxable.
- Step 3
Add a negative line for each earlier milestone you invoiced, so the total shows only what is still owed.
- Step 4
Check the VAT rate, bank details and payment link for the QR code, then send it or export it as a PDF.
