When to use it.

Quote / Estimate is a video production quote template for production companies, filmmakers and creative studios pricing a job before it's booked. The word Quotation runs the full width of the page, above one ruled line with the quote date, valid-until date and quote number, so the client sees at once what it is and how long the price holds. It prices a brand film line by line, from treatment and shoot days to kit and post-production, then applies a returning-client discount and VAT, with permits passed through at cost. Optional extras sit in the notes, and deposit terms, payment details and a prepared-by signature make it ready to accept.
