When to use it.

Overdue Invoice is a reminder invoice for freelancers and studios whose client has missed the due date. The word Overdue runs huge across the top in one confident colour, so it can’t be mistaken for a new bill, while the tone stays polite. It shows the original due date, how many days late the payment is and a new pay-by date, adds the late fee your terms allow as its own line outside the tax, and gives the new total. A short reminder note, a past-due stamp, bank details and a scan-to-pay QR code make it easy to settle.
