When to use it.

Purchase Order is a purchase order template for studios, agencies and small businesses buying from a supplier. Where to send the invoice sits at the top, then the PO number set large with the order date, required-by date and supplier's quote. Ship to and the supplier fill the left column of a ruled grid beside the items, priced in units. Payment terms, conditions such as quoting the PO number on the invoice and no partial deliveries, and an approved-by line with a stamp close the order, all in one ink colour.
