When to use it.

Payment Receipt is a one-page receipt template for small businesses that take a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. Written here for a letterpress studio's wedding stationery order, it shows the invoice it settles, the deposit already paid, today's card payment and a balance due of $0.00, so your customer can see the order is paid in full. Your name runs large in the top corner in your brand colour, a clean table lists what was bought, and care and reprint terms sit beside the totals. A round PAID seal and a signature close the page.
