When to use it.

Sales Invoice is an order invoice for shops and studios that sell physical products online. It opens with a short thank-you note, sets the invoice number large, and stacks the ship-to and bill-to addresses in the left column of a ruled grid beside the items. Shipping is its own line, with VAT and the total in your currency, and the payment received and returns terms below. Everything is drawn in one ink colour on pale paper, and your shop's name runs large across the foot of the page.
