When to use it.

User Persona is a whiteboard for turning customer interviews into personas the whole team can use. Two personas sit side by side, a home brewer on subscription and a gift buyer who orders twice a year, with the same rows in each card so they compare at a glance: who they are, a quote in their own words, goals, frustrations, how they shop and what would make them buy more. A row of dots shows how many interviews back each one, and a blank card is ready to copy.
